What my daily food looks like, is this healthy?

Total calories: 1440

  1. 3x Shake -> 300 calories 54g protein
  2. 6x Eggs -> 430 calories 37g protein
  3. Chicken breast -> 330 calories 60g protein
  4. 2x Tortillas -> 30 calories, 2g protein
  5. 20x Almonds -> 140 calories, 5g protein
  6. 1x TBSP Peanut Butter -> 90 calories, 3g protein
  7. 1x Banana -> 120 calories

Question: Is this a sustainable caloric deficit? I feel good from day to day, and then on the weekend I typically eat 2500+ calories and eat whatever I want. But from Monday to Friday, does this seem like a good meal plan from a nutrients perspective? I do seem to make progress in terms of losing weight. Dropped from 220lbs in July to 186lbs currently. I'm 5'8 for reference and I'm doing body building right now on weekdays.
