Losing weight has made my body image issues worse.

Hi everyone.

To avoid making this super long, I (34F) began losing weight in August 2020 through a low carb diet and light exercise.

Since that time I've lost approximately 125lbs. I'm still pretty heavy, I'm currently 242lbs give or take.

I'm super proud of the weight I've lost but I'm struggling really bad with my self image.

My stomach has wrinkled since losing weight and so have my arms. My arms are also super saggy. None of this is from lose skin yet, it's just saggy fat or places where lose skin will be if I continue losing weight.

My mental health has taken a serious hit in the last three months and while I'm getting help, dating and sex have taken over my brain and I couldn't imagine getting naked in front of another person looking like I do. I can't even look at myself in the mirror without crying.

I'm really starting to think about gain some weight back. Because while I'm healthier now, I could at least look at myself in the mirror a year ago without crying.

I need advice. I don't know what to do.
