Not sure what will help?

This is my first post (after literally hours of scrolling this morning).

I'm 32F and currently the biggest I've ever been (literally bigger than when I was pregnant) at 185 pounds / 85kgs and I'm about 5'8. I need to do something to lose weight because I'm incredibly unhappy with how I look and feel at the moment - but I'm not sure what will help.

I eat fairly healthy (no soft drinks, no chips or lollies, no unhealthy snacks) but I do probably over eat of an afternoon (which I'm working on), I am somewhat active (manager at a warehouse, so half my day is at my desk, but also a lot of unloading deliveries, so I do get my steps up at work most days) so I am finding it really hard to make changes that will help me lose weight. I am up at 5am and don't sit down again until 9pm so getting to a gym or out for a run is tough because I really have no idea how to fit it in (short of living on 3 hours sleep).

I'm at a loss on how to make changes and I am hoping there might be some things I haven't thought of?

Exercise at work? Some way to reduce calories even further? Any idea is welcomed!
