Just realized a flaw in my own negative logic lmaoo

So I’ve been really struggling with my self-dialogue during my whole time dieting, and also with the idea of enjoying Christmas foods to the fullest vs. reaching my goal weight.

It sounds silly, but it’s brought out a lot of overwhelming feelings & anxiety for me! Not wanting to miss any experiences, but still wanting to like my body... you get it.

But basically, I just went through this lil convo in my head.

me: ugh you don’t look any different since losing the weight!! all of that was for nothing you’re still fat smdhhhh

me to me: so..... does that mean it wouldn’t matter if I gained a little over the holidays? since “nothings changed” anyway

me: uhhhhh...... lmao

Like 😭😭 I just realized how silly I was being, on BOTH sides! Idk I just felt like sharing because I always have a hard time challenging negative thoughts. Thought it might help anyone else who’s the same way :))
