Need help fighting cravings.

Hi!! So I just started back up on my journey, walked for an hour today, got back into tracking what I eat to keep it at 1300 or under... but I really need help with beating cravings. I'm sitting here, just... what does it for you guys? I can only drink so much. I'm tempted to measure out a portion of snacks I have sitting in the closet, but I'm not sure if that would take me over calories for the day (couldn't really measure lunch but I made sure to not eat too much of it). And I want to get into the habit of telling my body NO to food when I shouldn't be having it, especially late at night. I just REALLY want this, I REALLY want to hit my goal, but the cravings and having the motivation to just go and work out are the two things that ruined my dieting in the past. If I can sustainably deal with the two issues, I think I can do it if I take it a day at a time.

Thanks!!!
