I work at a Chinese restaurant part time, and I can get free food there. What should I eat?

They are your average Americanized Chinese food, but they have some authentic dishes as well. Such as Double cooked pork/beef, black pepper chicken, fried asparagus, etc...

They always have fried rice, steamed rice, sweet and sour chicken, and sometimes fried veggies at the ready for us to eat for breaks. I eat my lunches and dinners there when I work most nights. What kind of stuff would be good to eat?

For nights I want to order my food:

They have stir fry dishes, lo mein and chow mein, soup noodles, deep fried dishes, and steamed dishes. What options are a good route for if I can customize and request things for my food?
