I try to work out, but I am addicted to food because without sugar I get depressed and suicidal. I weighed 340 and now weigh 310.

I'm 19, 6 foot 4, and 310 pounds. Around 4 years ago my weight started skyrocketing, and at 17 I took LSD. That basically fucked me up because I had a horrible trip. What I noticed is that if I don't have something sugary or sweet in a 3 days time, I get depressed/suicidal. I think it was because of the LSD that I took, but I'm not sure. I seriously need help losing weight and I'm down 30 pounds right now. I came close to committing suicide 4 times in a 3 year span as well, and all of those times has been when I was losing weight and not with a lot of sugar in my system...

I am in the process of getting referrals and documented information for Gastric Bypass Surgery, but am afraid to go full in due to the lack of research of LSD use.

Am I done for with my health, or can I fix it?
