10 pounds down!

I know it is not much, but it is such a milestone for me! I had to share my excitement somewhere.

I went from 149lb to 139lbs in the past 8 weeks. I've never believed I could lose the weight. I was never really obese, but I was slowly on my way there with stress eating and a bad lifestyle. My whole family is bigger, so the mindset was always "you're a bigger girl and you always will be, no matter what you do." I have started by just wanting to lose 2lbs for my University graduation, inspired by the positivity of this communuty and now I'm here.

I am a short girl and the 10 pounds just make such a difference in my figure, my face (got my big smile back from chubby cheeks), and mostly my self-esteem. I havent seen this number on the scale in years. Thank you guys for the support and inspo!
