Does anyone here use any appetite suppressants, and what are they if you do?

I can't find any food that keeps me satiated for more than a couple of hours at most (and even that's hard to do), and I've been thinking of using an appetite suppressant but not 100% sure if it's a good idea, because the "food freedom" people that I follow online say using them is a bad idea if you're using them to curb hunger, and some say you should never use them at all and just eat food when you're hungry?

I'll probably talk to my doctor about it at some point, and start exercising some more soon, but what are your experiences with any appetite suppressants if you use them? I know caffeine and diet drinks can be good.

My mum uses black coffee in the mornings with just a piece of fruit, which she says keeps her going until lunch.
