How do I prevent thigh chafing? Any advice for tummy control?

So, it’s been about 125lbs ago that I worked out/exercised. I used to be an avid cyclist, usually 15+ miles a day, 30+ if I had the free time. I’m 5’3, used to weigh anywhere from 110-125ish.

I got sick and couldn’t work out. Gained weight. It’s only been the past few months my body hasn’t been in pain that I feel okay enough to work out.

So the past two weeks I’ve been going on shortwalks, increasing distance by a little bit. By short walk I mean like 2-3 miles.

My thighs rub raw. I’m wearing athletic cycling type shorts so it isn’t skin on skin. Today I can’t walk because it would probably bleed.

What has worked for you?

About the tummy thing… is there like, a sports bra for stomachs? When I do jumping jacks my stomach flops around and it’s painful.

Any sports bra recommendations? All the ones I have roll at the bottom and don’t have enough side coverage.

Help me get back to cycling form.
