Being gentle with oneself

I have been struggling with a plateau for a few months now. In over the last 18 months I have dropped 74 pounds. I am 5’6 - start weight 229 lbs, current weight 155, goal weight is 140.

I say this as a 42 year old woman who has been diagnosed with multiple sclerosis for 20 of these years.

I run up to 8 miles, every day. I’ve missed two days in 18 months due to a seizure fear and falling on black ice. I am eating healthy but still the the scale isn’t moving.

My doctor said it’s good enough and I should be proud but it’s not enough for me.

I am at a loss on if I should stop pushing or push harder. Any advice would be rad

before and after
