Tried losing weight for 2+ years.

Greetings all,

I personally have been having a lot of trouble losing weight these past few years. My weight always fluctuates, which of course is normal. However, I've been trying to lose weight for the past few years. I started around ~260-265, got down to around 214 in about 6-7 months. I started to gain weight, especially during COVID, so I tried to maintain my current weight. However, through stress at school, I've gained ~15-20 pounds these past few months. I'm currently at ~233ish. I just really need some tips. I'm currently 6'4, 19, and (M) and have a goal weight of around 195-200. I, of course, don't want to rush it but I'm tired of this extra weight. I would really appreciate it if someone could potentially offer some tips. I want to lose this weight as quickly as possible. I live a mostly sedentary lifestyle (since I'm quite occupied with school), however, I do go out and run for a day or two throughout the week. Eating has always been my problem. I stress-eat and it's one of those habits that are quite hard to get rid of. Once again, if anyone has any tips, it would be GREATLY appreciated.
