Struggling to keep on track

I have been trying for a couple of months now to became healthier and loose some weigth that I gained during the last two years.

First month had been great and I kept achieving the goals I had weekly. I felt so proud of myself. I had been eating better, and excersicing more.

But last couple of weeks I have struggled a lot, I didnt log all the calories, I skipped some work outs, and I stopped losing weigth. We had take out a couple of times, fortunately not exactly junk food, but definitely I have been eating more.

I'm constantly turning my thougths between thinking "Come on! You have to lose weigth" and "ok you are like this, it's not that bad, you are healthy". And I definitely want to loose weigth, but I guess that I keep justifying myself when I am not donig things rigth.

I'm afraid I can't do this alone. I'm looking for some encouragement and some tips to keep on track, I guess that i'm gonna set up goals for short term and if I can't do it, maybe I need to look for profesional help to guide me with this and make me commit.
