My bmi indicates I'm overweight. I need to start my journey today

I'm five foot tall and 134.4 pounds my bmi is in the overweight rage. I'm usually pretty active but my diet is shit. I'm posting here to hold myself accountable because I've given up time and time again.

My main obstacles are; I get ravenously hungry every time I work out and my husband doesn't want me loosing weight. He thinks I'm just fine the way I am. He wants me to be comfortable in my own body but I already have to deal with a lot of loose skin because of a pregnancy (my child was 10.5 pounds my belly was huge I had a csection because I am too small to give birth to a ten pound baby naturally).

My highest weight was 178 pounds when I was 2 weeks away from giving birth. My old family doctor critiqued me for how much weight I gained. She said if I gained less weight while pregnant I wouldn't have had a 10 pound baby and I could have had a natural birth.
