I hate salads (advice on calories and food pls)

I have a hard time eating healthy and restricting calories. I’m burning 300-500 at the gym depending on the day. I’ve been trying to eat around 1300 calories but I find myself shoveling food into my face by the end of the day. I’m 5’1 and 200 pounds if that is any good info. I’ve ate basically frozen meals my entire life I’m 18 now and I honestly just suck at eating healthy. I don’t know if I’m not eating enough and that’s why I feel the need to eat everything in site. (Expecially carbs) so I have some questions since I’m starting out as a health and weight loss newbie. Am I eating enough in your opinion? How can I find meals I actually like and enjoy eating? Any recommendations for foods for a veggie hater?
