10k steps a day.

I started doing 10k steps a day since I figured it would be a nice, attainable, versatile way to become more active. If you struggle with getting out there everyday for x amount of time like I do, the 10k steps give you a goal to familiarize yourself with and you can add to throughout the day as opposed to one sitting.

Highly recommend! I never believed people who enjoyed walking. I have to say after the initial trauma it's weirdly relaxing. I'm shedding weight quicker, have more energy, am sleeping earlier, and just all around feel really good about taking steps towards a healthy lifestyle.
