Plateaus can be discouraging but

Hello! M24, SW: 194 lbs, CW: 182.5 lbs, GW: 160 lbs.

I started at the beginning of January and I saw a steady loss until February, where I plateaued at my current weight. It’s probably because I got back into lifting when February started, so I am assuming I am still losing fat since I am eating exactly the same but I am supplementing with creatine now. I have a modest gym setup at home consisting of a bench and adjustable dumbbells that go up to 40 lbs each. I’ve been hitting each muscle twice a week and the pump feels great (I used to train back in 2019 and early 2020). I go for walk everyday and try to cover 7000 steps in less than an hour.

It’s a bit discouraging to see that my weight hasn’t changed for two weeks, but I have to keep going. My hunger went over the roof when I got back into lifting but I feel better now. I hope to reach my target by the end of April. I can’t wait to see when the next whoosh will come along.
