It doesn't change everything

Hey guys,

I just want to get something from my chest and prepare people for the finish line who are on their journey right now.

I lost 200 lbs (90 KG) since March 2018. Physically I feel better than before but a lot of things didn’t change.

When I thought about why I want to lose weight I always pictured the life I would have when I reached my goal, it was the motivation for me. I said to myself: „If you fight your demons life will change and life will reward you for all the suffering.“ Deal.

Let me tell you something: It will not. I was prepared for the loose skin and I have no problems with that. I talk about social skills.

So learn to master your mind beside the weight, because otherwise you become sadder than before. Trust me.
