How long or how much before the tires and bulges of fat to actually start showing a change??

I (24F) began my fitness journey about 2 months ago and have lost around 5 kgs. I was 75 kgs before, I mostly weigh in at mid 69.something now. It is lesser than I expected but after trying and failing because of slow results for the past 6 years, this time I'm adamant to make it through to the end. My goal is touching 60 kgs and then maintaining. The main motivation for my loss is health as my family has a long history of diabetes, BP and heart disease. All three simultaneously I mean. So for my parents fitness matters more too. But while I'm at it, not looking like a potato and not hating myself when I look in the mirror are also major points as I've suffered from negative body image most of my teenage and adolescent life. I see a little change in my body now but it seems stagnant over the last month. Moreover. I understand spot reduction is a hoax, but I appear overall a little smaller, not much change in tires, and believe me I have a lot.

So, how long and how much till they start reducing a little bit? Only asking so that I keep realistic expectations and don't give up again because I convince myself I'm failing again.

Thank you! :)
