Guys I'm doing it! I'm losing weight! Struggling with cravings though...

I'm gonna kinda ramble but I'm just so happy I wanted to share.

At New Year's I was 257 pounds, and I knew I was headed back to my highest weight or more (270) and I didn't want to. I weighed myself this morning and I'm 245! I pretty much exclusively just cutting my portions, counting calories, as well as drinking more water. Also I stopped eating cereal, there's a lot of calories in there! I prefer cinnamon toast.

I'm 18 years old and have lost weight before, (at one point at around my height now, 6'1, I was 175) but it came right back on and I think it's due to both extreme lows with my depression and me eating almost nothing to lose that weight.

I'm so proud of myself and my goal weight is 190. I keep getting major cravings though, especially at nighttime, and seeing other people eat huge portions. Any filling low calorie foods you would recommend?? Also, anyone know how many pounds it is to drop a shirt size? I'm 2X but always wear 3 because I'm comfy in big shirts.

Thanks in advance for reading my ramblings.
