Do I have to workout now to lose more weight?

I’m a 26 year old woman. I’m 5’7 and In September I weighted 200lbs. Last week I weighed in at 172.1. I lost the weight with minimum exercise. At most, once a week every few weeks and maybe I try to get 10k steps a day and meet that once or twice a week. I lost most of it by sticking to 1200-1400 calories a day.

I’ve been stuck at around 172-175 since the end of November. I haven’t upped my calories except for around Christmas time but I didn’t gain anything.

Now I’m not sure what to do. I can’t lower my calories anymore without it being unhealthy but I really don’t have the desire to workout at the moment. I’m a part time student and working one full time job and another part time job. I do not have the energy or time to workout at the moment.

Am I going to stay at a plateau until I workout? Is there any way to reach my goal weight of 150lbs without working out?
