Confused about MFP exercise rates

After my divorce last year, I stopped working out because I went into survival mode and stopped a bunch of things that cost money (such as my nice gym membership). I walked and did some horseback riding (very discounted) instead but dropped the riding when it got hot and never picked it up again (trainer super busy). Anyway, I'm up to walking 3 miles a day most days and I'm starting Tae Kwan Do (my forearms are sore in such a way I have never felt before!). I have MFP set to not active at all. Should I bump it up and if so, to what? My taekwando lessons are 2-3 times a week and for about an hour. It's not necessarily very cardio centered but I'm definitely working out as it's mostly a punch and kick based art. I probably won't go the 3rd lesson every week.
