Eating far above TDEE and losing weight!!

Hi everyone, I am freaking out. For weeks I maintained a steady weight, but for the past 3 days i’ve lost 3 pounds from eating around 2,300 calories a day [I counted.] I am 5’2 and 115 pounds, making my sedentary TDEE around 1500. I do walk a lot, so i’m sure my regular TDEE is a bit higher. I’m wondering what other explanation this could be besides diabetes. [which i’ve always had a huge fear of.]

I just don’t understand how i can suddenly consume a LOT higher amount of calories for the past 3 days and lose almost 3 lbs! it makes no sense… i am not hungrier, not thirsty, which makes the possibility of diabetes more confusing.

i have a habit of being a hypochondriac but from a scientific standpoint and CICO It makes no sense. any explanations are greatly appreciated!
