Are sandwiches okay?

Hello! I'm on my 5-6th week of monitoring loosely my calories by preparing breakfast and lunch, leaving dinner more free but lately I've been eating a sandwich.

Bread: 220 calories for 2 pieces Cheese: 70 calories Meat: 50 calories

And then I put a bunch of pickles, lettuce and some mustard.

I think the net calorie count is about 350 calories or so?

In calories term i think this is great? It fills me up and only on days that I go to the gym I'm drinking my protein which is an extra 260 calories (one scoop, two servings of unsweetened almond milk)

So on the "worst days" I'm getting about 600 calories per night

Breakfast I've gotten it to 140 calories, protein bar is 120 calories, lunch varies but I would say an average of 400 to 500 calories.

So far I've been able to survive but just wondering if I should keep going with my sandwiches or switching to something else. I guess mostly because of the bread.. not a huge fan of it but making a sandwich is so easy and quick.
