How much weight can I realistically lose in 5 weeks?

So, I've been WFH for a while now and I have to go back to the office in May/June and I really don't want to go back at my current weight. I am 23 F, 148 lbs at 5'6 - I'd like to weigh 130 lbs at least since I look pretty great at that weight.

I have cut out ordering food and started working out everyday but when I stepped on the scale I was up by .08 or something which is clearly not what you want. The exercise also makes me hungry. :( Should I stop exercising and just eat clean? What should I do?

I think the weight gain has been due to lack of movement since I work a desk job and generally just snacking when I'm stressed. Which is all the time since my job is stressful. How do I remedy this?
