Down 10 pounds since November, working out 3-4 times per week, feel like a see no results (PHOTOS)

This is quite frustrating for me...

Weight in Nov 2020: 172lb

Weight in April 2021: 160lb

Since August I would Peloton 3-4 times per week. I noticed that was not enough, so starting in November I started to focus more on upper body, with cardio maybe 1 to 2 times per week.

I work out upper body 3x per week, 1 hour each time. I have sort of plateaued in the last month and a half and am no longer moving up in dumbbell weight for most exercises?

Photos (may need to zoom out a bit for full pic.. left = old, right = current)

Examples of workout progress:

  • Dumbbell bench press
    • 3 months ago.. (10 x 30lb) x3
    • Today (8 x 45lb) x 5
  • Lat pull down
    • 3 months ago (10 x 65lb) x3
    • Today (8 x 100lb) x2
  • Rows
    • 3 months ago (10 x 30lb) x3
    • Today (8 x 45lb) x5
  • Curls (this seems like low improvement?)
    • 3 months ago (8 x 25lb) x4
    • Today (9 x 30lb) x3

Nutrition: Since February I started doing 30g protein shakes, but now I am doing 60g as of this week. Admittedly I eat probably enough per day for maintenance calories, perhaps leaning on the side of going over by 100-200 calories of maintenance, although the weight is not changing. I was dieting up until November, down from 175-180lb in June 2020.
