I weigh 370 pounds. Holy shit. I could use some advice on exercise.

So, to clarify, I weighed myself on Monday and am already making adjustments, but I've got a few questions.

I was an athlete for most of my life, got hurt, focused on work, same old story. So, while losing weight isn't anything new to me, I have like an entire person to get rid of (I'm most comfortable at like 220ish, historically). Also I'm like 6'4" for context.

I set up MyFitnessPal with a bunch of meals I like to make, and I'm not planning on changing my diet (except for eating like 40% less lmao). I cook at home almost exclusively and the food I eat isn't shitty, I just eat way too much of it.

My main problem is this: the exercise. I'm so overweight and out of shape that I don't even know where to start, but I know I really need to. Does anyone have any guides or suggestions for people that are massively overweight and literally just need to move around? I don't want to screw my joints up with all this extra me I've got.
