Having trouble losing a few pounds

Hi! I guess i'm here to vent a little bit and seek some advice maybe?

I gained about 4 or maybe 5 ish pounds this quarantine, it is not much but i am 5'3 (F) and 117 pounds, I am by no means overweight but few of my clothes feel a little bit tighter and I don't want to buy more lol. For the past 2 months I made it a goal to get in shape so my clothes fit right but i can't achieve it yet.

Due to the pandemic I came back to my hometown (i'm in college) and it has been stressful. Now I'm on online classes, work part time to help my family and I workout. The weight gain has me a little bit confused because I've been eating way more vegetables and exercising more- I walk an hour five days a week and on top of that I do a 30 or 45 min workout, sometimes using a kettlebell and other times bodyweight. I also get at least 7 hours of sleep.

I've been trying to eat smaller portions, I included more veggies on my diet but I'm not seeing results. Tbh I don't really want to count every calorie and weight my food, at least not right now because this has been really getting in my head and some days I feel myself slipping into a disordered and unhealthy mindset. I try really hard to be nice to myself.

Do you have any advice?

Thank you for reading, have a lovely day.
