Fit to Fat to "Fit" Journey

Pics Updated to include Fit to Fat to "Fit" progress.

Used to be an athlete in high school/college, weighed about 135 lbs. Change of lifestyle post-college led to weight gain (Over about 9 years, 40+ lbs) up to 175 lbs. Currently trying to return back to form lol.

Been trying to stick to Keto for about a month so far, minus a few days of cheating in the middle.

Lost about 15 lbs so far (assuming water weight). Caloric intake is ~1500/day. Doing about 30 to 45 min of cardio 5x per week, Lifting/Resistance Training 2 to 3x per week.

My goal weight is around 135 lbs, but moreso I just want to get leaner (hopefully enough to get a six pack lol). Could I get a body fat estimate and any tips that are helpful toward keeping the momentum going?

Appreciate it!
