I've lost all joy in food at this point.

I was normal weight and lost 10 pounds to stay fit, and I'm trying to keep it off. The hardest part is maintaining it and not losing it.

I can't go out and enjoy a big meal with my friends because I'm scared of the amount of fat, sodium, and calories in restaurant food. I can't enjoy my favorite bubble tea or soda or anything without worrying. I see other people eating desserts and all sorts of yummy things and I can't enjoy any of these because I'm scared of gaining weight. I can't eat my favorite snacks and chips and cookies because they're so high in calories. All I do is just count calories and look at foods that I can't eat anymore. I'm a petite-ass girl so I can't eat that much anyway, so at this point there's no joy in food anymore. What should I do?

(I'm not suicidal or depressed btw, I'm just trying to get the joy in food back into my life again)
