225lbs, the heaviest I’ve ever been

welp, covid really screwed me. I’m f5’9 and was 190lbs and steadily losing weight before quarantine started. sitting in my house eating and depressed really set me up for summer. i had a relatively active job before this, so all the staying inside combined with doing courses online has catapulted me into a sedentary lifestyle. i am feeling so despondent because i have always had body dysmorphia (even when i was 175 i would have mental break downs about being “fat”). I’m sick of hating my body, and I want to be body positive, but I’m just so uncomfortable in my skin. i overcame anxiety and went to the gym yesterday (my community is in stage 3 now) but i don’t have much that fits me anymore. all i want to do is lay around in my house and order food because it sometimes feels like the only thing that brings me comfort. that being said ive been trying my best to intuitively eat this week and have been doing a pretty good job of not just eating out all the time! any tips or kind words on losing 50lbs would be super appreciated 🦔
