Weighing every day: is this normal?

Hello! I’m really new to this, please indulge me if this is a dumb question. I’m an 18 year old male looking to cut some fat in the hope of building muscle in the future, I am 1m80 tall (about 5’11 I think) and I started at about 90 kg (198 lbs). Now I’ve been very satistfied with what I’ve accomplished so far, I’ve started a bit over two weeks ago and i weighed in at 85.2 kg last Wednesday (my goal weight is 75) However over the past few days my weight has been creeping back up, and I’m now back at 85.9. Of course I’ve calculated my TDEE, I’m eating well under maintenance, so this shouldn’t be either far or muscle (I’ve been strength training) Is this normal? How long should I wait before lowering calories?
