Sudden weightloss and early period after starting running - is this normal?

Hey all!

I'm 20F, 161 cm, SW 75kg, CW 63kg, GW 60?kg.

I've been successfully losing weight, although not consistently (some plateaus, fast weightloss and then gain, etc).

Since quarantine started, I gained 2 kg in the first week (66 to 68), and then was able to slowly lose until I got 65kg, last week.

My period was supposed to come in 2 and a half weeks. And it came today! I woke up with tremendous pain in my uterus and I thought "no way". The weirdest part is that I weighted myself this morning and the scale marked 63 kg.... which means I lost weight a bit too fast. Is this normal? I'm on the same pill since I was 17.

I didn't change my diet, but I started running two weeks ago.

Did running affect my menstrual cycle? Or is this normal?
