Is it healthy for me to reach 10% body fat?

Hi, I am a 17 years old dude 178 cm tall ( 5.84 ft) and I currently weight 70 kg (154.324 pounds). I started working out at home 6 months ago initially in order to fix my posture and lose some weight ( I was 81 kg at that time). Since then exercise has become a regular part of my life. I exercise 40 minutes a day mostly working my core, legs and occasionally arms. Recently I have been considering going to the gym and starting lifting cause cardio and bodyweight exercises will not get me much farther at this point, but there is a problem. I am not sure if I should continue losing weight so my abs are visible before going to the gym or If i should first go to the gym and bulk a little then continue cutting to 10% body fat?

I am sorry if my english is a little awkward, it is not my first language.
