Apologies in advance for the pity party. Looking for some support after weight gain.

I'm just feeling awful about myself and wondered if I could get some words of encouragement, pointers tips or maybe just vent :(

I've gained between 15 -20 pounds during quarantine and am so down about it. To begin with I already needed to lose at least 50 pounds to get close to a realistic goal for myself . I'm at my highest weight ever. I look and feel like shit and now that things are beginning to open up and were able to experience life outside the house more I'm reluctant to go anywhere or see anyone.

I realize not everyone will notice or care, about my 15-20 pounds..but I'm even avoiding getting together with a few relatives and close friends anytime soon because I'm so unhappy with myself.
