This is the exact moment that I realized I truly have a Binge Eating Disorder.

When I pictured someone with a Binge Eating Disorder - it was never someone "my size" (F/29/5'10"/165) but someone "bigger." Someone with "less control" and who could "eat more than I could."

Turns out, I am a binge eater to my core and after 29 years of being alive I'm realizing how much I've struggled my entire life.

I'm going on a tropical vacation next week so my plan was to intermittent fast/OMAD until then to slim down for my swim suit. What did I do instead? Ate a breakfast burrito, spring rolls, Oreos, a snack bag of bugles, a salmon and veggie dinner, an entire fucking 5 serving container of cottage cheese (???????), and a Kit Kat. Why.

I can tell you why..... because that rush is SO fun. And the second I had that realization I was horrified at my problem. This isn't normal.

I'm not sure what to do first, but I thought I'd at least say it out loud to you inspiring folks. Thank you for listening. (Long time lurker hello 👋🏼)
