Tomorrow I'm gonna check my weight after months of struggling

After almost 3 months of struggling I finally feel like I am back on track. I've started going for daily walks, minimum half an hour, usually around 1-1,5 hrs. And I've stayed under my calorie goal for over a week! It doesn't sound much, but after this struggling time it feels sooo good.

Tomorrow I'm weighing in. I really hope to see at least some change for the better, which I haven't counted on during these past months, until now. And even if there's no change at all, I'm proud of myself for finally starting to exercise and for getting back on track.

Stay strong everyone struggling! It will turn around, and you will get back, even though it might not feel that way right now. Just keep fighting, keep logging your calorie intake (if that's your method), and remember that you CAN do this!!
