Should I eat when I'm not hungry?

Over the past few months I've gone from around 200ish pounds down to 170ish now. I've done it as sustainably and healthily as I can through changing my diet. I drink around 4 litres of water a day as I find it keeps my hunger at bay and generally makes me feel better. More recently, I haven't been getting very hungry and wondering if I should still be eating even though I'm not hungry. I don't binge or overeat when I do eat, and find I can easily fast for 16-24 hours if I want to. Sometimes I feel an urge to eat but this is because I'm so used to eating what I want when I want but I just ignore it and it subsides pretty quickly

So I'm hoping someone can steer me in the right direction - should I be eating if I'm not hungry?
