I’m really struggling to not eat junk food

I’m (22f) really having a difficult time cutting out junk food. As it stands I eat fast food like McDonald’s or Wendy’s a minimum of three nights a week and eat chocolate and candy most days as well. At 5’4” I’m 145 pounds, so I’m still technically a normal weight but my body is definitely feeling terrible. Since I’m not morbidly obese or even overweight according to my BMI I am always able to justify drinking a bottle of soda or eating something loaded with sugar.

I’d really like to lose fifteen pounds but every time I start to get into working out or trying to eat healthier I sabotage myself. Today I was going to start eating healthier but after work I ate an entire medium pizza from dominos. I feel disgusting and I don’t know why I can’t just stop eating this shitty food. It should be easy — I have to go out of my way to buy fast food and I do every time.

Sorry, I just needed to vent for a minute I guess. I’m just really upset with myself and my total lack of willpower. I’m so sick of feeling bloated all of the time, I wish I could make better decisions.
