Headaches, dizzyness and muscle pains after 6 weeks of dieting?

Hey peeps,

since I can't find a definite answer on the internet and I can't get my blood tested shortly, I wanted to ask for your experience.

I started changing my diet start of this year and since one week I have constant headaches (not strong, but present all the time), dizzyness when tilt my head up quickly or change positions in bed and leg( I think muscle) pains when I get into bed (evening and night) as well.

I have experience with the headache thing when changing your diet, but not a week long and especially not in combination with the other pains. Since it only started now, I wondered if it could be a deficiency in something or multiple things. I have a history of iron deficiency, but the internet basically says it could be any vitamin deficiency according to the symptoms I have.

What makes this weird is, that I eat more healthily now than I did before, but less of course. I eat more meats (good for my iron deficiency), vegetables and fruit and less fat, sugar and salt. I get 1400 calories a day while being sedetary, which should definitely be enough for my body, right? I also drink enough, at least 3 liters of water.

I just wondered if any of you guys experienced this and can tell me what caused it for you, before I can see a doctor in a couple weeks if the problems are still there.

Thanks!
