508 lbs - Checking in after a year....

hey gang! I'm back! It's been a long year and it has been a struggle. From getting out of almost a decades long abusive relationship and starting the road to healing, to loosing weight (YAY!) I am here to give everyone an update.

So at the beginning of the year (2019), I was committed to loosing weight to help myself be better. At one point having been near 600 lbs in my life, I hit a plateau.

Now at the beginning of the year, i really didn't want to make changes. But partway through the year, i had a fight with my brother who told me i ate too much, and stuff, despite eating healthier and such. So enter the last 5 months... down to about 450, but stuck there for a good portion of the year.

I then after that conversation took a look at what I was doing and decided to cut down my portion sizes, and cut out all snacks unless I was ACTUALLY hungry (not just eating snacks to "keep up my metabolism"".

I am glad to report, I am now down to 413, and no sign of stopping yet. Each week I am loosing 4-6 lbs with no exersize (due to being disabled and mostly home bound, and all that rot.

The scale that I was gifted from u/Xeruan has been a godsend in helping me weigh a few times a week to see where my progress has been.
