Is losing appetite normal?

Relevant info: 18M, 5'9," 175.5 lbs (180 lbs before). I started lifting about a month ago, eating healthier, and cutting out all junk food. I lost 4.5 lbs this way. I used to be able to eat insane amounts, like 2 to 3 burgers, fries, and chicken nuggets all in one sitting. Today, my family and I went out to eat and I could barely finish more than half of my meal (steak and potatoes). I hadn't eaten since 7 hours before so this is very weird. And this isn't the first time. I've slowly realized I've been eating less and less but it hasn't been obvious till now. Also, I feel more energized than ever, no fatigue at all sooo idk.
