Panniculectomy Sleep

I got the Panniculectomy surgery after losing around 150lbs. It’s been 5 days since my surgery. Currently I’m sleeping with my back fairly bent at around a 45* angle. I have around no pain, except on my back. I’ve researched and googled, and the only thing I’ve found was “sleep in a slightly bent position.” Should I only be sleeping with a single pillow behind my back, or should I remain in a recliner position?
