If you have been on phentermine (and likely topiramate) did you find it highly beneficial to your weight loss journey? Why or why not? In what way did it help you if it did?
I've been on topiramate alone for quite some time and will be starting phentermine tomorrow. I'm interested to see how much it affects my weight loss. The topiramate does seem to help with my cravings.
I'm turning the big dirty thirty in five months and hoping to lose as much weight as possible by then so I'm feeling hopeful about phentermine being beneficial towards that goal. We shall see!
