Seeing your changes

I've lost a lot of weight, though I still have a way to go. My clothes, the measuring tape, my scales, and other people all say that I look dramatically different. And I don't see it at all when I look in the mirror or compare progress photos. Has anyone else dealt with that and found a way through it? It's heartbreaking to look in the mirror and not see any difference when I've been working so hard at this for a year.
