Maybe I do have an eating problem after all

I've (31m) been overweight for a while, and I usually blamed it on junk food and coke (especially coke). However, this last month I've been trying to eat healthy and I realized that my problem is, perhaps, much worse. Since I've become more mindful of what or how I eat, I've noticed that I tend to binge more often than not. This weekend, starting on Friday, has been really bad. I've eaten to the point I where I feel physically and emotionally sick.

I don't even know when or why I started doing this. All I know is that when I eat a normal amount of food, and I don't feel completely full, I have this weird anxiety that I'm going to be hungry later, so I eat more. It doesn't even make sense because if I was hungry later, then I could have a snack. This is just so frustrating.

I need to lose at least 30kg (about 66 lbs) to get to a healthy weight.
