I need to be honest with myself

long vent I turned 30 a few months ago, and wow I have bad habits. I'm currently at my highest weight ever, but more importanrly my mental state about my health and body is at an all time low. I have never been heavy or overweight but I have had body image issues since middle school. I've been on a slow decline with my habits which was exacerbated by covid. I mean...drinking almost daily, ordering takeout, not paying attention to intake whatsoever. I'm sure some can relate. I feel very much out of control. From my fittest self to present is about 50 lb weight gain. I am ready to be honest with myself. I can't keep going like this or my physical and mental health will suffer. Someone here posted recently about loving yourself - that is truly the starting point and I feel that now. I'm ready to get my health in line. Not to be thin again, but to feel like myself again.
