How to dress while losing weight

I'm (F, 28, 160cm, ~66kg) ) in between sizes. I'm really struggling to find clothes that look good at the moment. While my current clothes do fit, they're all quite lose, and as my body has changed shaped, I just feel a bit dowdy in them... which isn't great for the old confidence. So I want to get one or 2 outfits that fit me well now.

I'm naturally hour glass but right now I'm slightly pear shaped. My arms are (always have been) disproportionately big for my body and I'm very self conscious of them. I also have thick knees. Wearing loose clothing makes me look a lot bigger due to these things.

The issue is this: I live in a hot, tropical climate, so layering and longer sleeves and all those kind of tricks just aren't an option. I've pretty much been living in active wear and I'm sick of it.

Got any style tips for me for slightly more form fitting clothes that don't make me sweat?
