I've been called both "scrawny" and "fat ass" at some point during 2021. I'll be honest, I preferred being called fat ass. In neither instance was the person joking. They were just walking behind me and said, "you're looking scrawny. Is everything going okay?" Maybe they were showing concern, but it pissed me off, and I found it to be pretty rude. A while back, another co-worker, whom I hadn't seen in a while, looked me up and down with disgust on his face and said, "you need to start eating." That was how he greeted me. I certainly don't think I'm as skinny as people keep saying, but I realized that it was time to stop dieting. That's my rant for the day.
