Needing a little reassurance/tips

Hi all! I am 22F, 5’4 and 73kg (SW: 74kg) I started about a month ago (this is my 4th week with more intense exercise) and have only lost 1kg so far despite eating about 1100-1300 cals a day. I’m pretty good with logging my calories and I do 3-4 body weight Pilates or yoga sessions a week and then also a 6km walk each day. I’m feeling really disheartened because I feel I’m doing a lot of exercise but not seeing results (though I am feeling stronger).

I also have pretty bad PMDD so any results I might see are somewhat hidden for 2 weeks of the month.

I keep getting sad from looking at photos when I was 10kg lighter even though it wasn’t healthy for me and I don’t want to fall into similar habits.

Does anyone have any recommendations or is it just a matter of sticking it out? Do I need to include more high intensity cardio/doing less weight training? (less weight training has worked in the past but only becUse I lost a lot of muscle). Or reducing cals?

Anyway thanks in advance for helping a stressed girl out!
